Disneyland Holiday Competition – Terms and Conditions
Competition is open from 9am July 28th 2019 – 3.45pm July 28th 2019
1: The promoter is South East Clare Show LTD.
2: Prize is as offered and no alternative will apply
3: All entrants must be in attendance on show day to accept winning prize at 4pm (alternatively have a nominated person referenced on your ticket). If not in attendance a 2nd draw will take place immediately.
4: Winner must be available for photo opportunity at 4.15pm on Show Day , July 29th 2019
5: Prize draw tickets available at show admission gate (adult admission of €10 = 1 competition ticket)
6: Prize draw tickets available to purchase on July 28th on showgrounds (a designated area will be allocated – one area only (€10 per ticket)
7: Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over
8: Deadline for entry is Sunday, July 28th 2019 at 15.45pm
9: Each ticket purchased must be completed with name, address & phone number (in BLOCK text)- text must be legible. It is the responsibility of each entrant to place their ticket in the entry box in the show field to be eligible for the prize
10: One winner will be selected at random from all entries received
11: Prize consists of a voucher for a trip to Disneyland Paris from ABBEY Travel with the maximum value of €1,700 – NO cash alternative will be offered
12: South East Clare Show reserves the right to change any aspect of the prize
13: Entry to this competition should be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions
14: South East Clare Show is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his/her acceptance of the prize
15: Prize subject to availability
16: By entering this competition, entrants maybe contacted in the future for future show day correspondence
17: Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable;
18: No cash alternative is available
19: Prize valid for use/ travel during January -March 2020 ONLY (midweek/value season ) Family details 2 adults & 2 children under 12 years. On site Disneyland 2 star Hotel, return flights from Dublin, coach transfers to Disney Hotel & Park tickets. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
20: Winners must give at least 12 weeks’ notice in advance of their chosen travel dates; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended;
21: At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Children must have parental or guardian permission prior to travel;
